If you say god is good. Should you also say genocide is good?

God commits an act of genocide in the bible against in Egypt. He kills every egyption boy. This is immoral and evil but if you think god is good then you must say mass murder or genocide is a good thing. This isn't the only time god commits an act of genocide.
