How to tell someone they are not wanted in a group of friends?

Well, if you would like my HONEST OPINION.... That sounds very judgmental. So you've been hanging out with this friend for about three years, and when he acts like an a**, your only solution is to tell him to find other friends? Not cool. If you feel he's lazy, inspire him to do more active things. If you feel he's overweight (which is not a valid reason to lose a friend) then help him with that problem. Stop worrying about all of your images, and begin to see and help others based on the people they are... Sorry if that sounds harsh, but its not fair to hurt another persons feelings based on them not "fitting in." Please think hard before making your decision. :)
