Migraines and Work, any advice?

I've started suffering with migraines and have had about 5 this month they have been so bad i have to miss work. Missing work makes me feel awful and guilty as I feel like my co-workers and boss think im slacking and skiving. I've been to see my GP who prescribed me medication which relieves it sometime but im starting to feel like my main problem is missing work. Has anyone got any advice about missing work?

My relationship is being destroyed, what can I do?

My daughter in law is big on finding one word out of everything I say and manipulating and twisting it and twisting until no matter what I do and say fits what she wants everyone to think of me. I have not done anything wrong. She says she wants me around, but then... That's right it happens again. I've never met anyone ever in my life who is so insecure and controlling And manipulating. I have three grandkids and 1 son, But she is killing the loving relationship we have had. My son is 38, grandson 8, G daughters, 12 and 17, those two I raised. They are by ex daughter in law. This behavior of new, not so new anymore daughter in law has been going on for 9 years. My heart is breaking in half. Can't deal with her anymore, but that means putting kids through more. SHE USES THE KIDS and my Son. I see guilt in his eyes and only coldness in hers. HE can not stand up for what is moral. He use too, but I think he's brainwashed, The kids are hurting.They have to do what she says or eVeryThing she has ever given to them will be taken away. AnD they would be scrubbing floors instead! I don't know which way to gO anymoRe. So immoral and SaD.

My mother has changed and she's annoying me?

My parents are in their late 60's and moved into a senior's building about 3 years ago. My mom used to have a very active social life but I have noticed lately that all they do is socialize with the people in their building, and get involved in all the petty politics, etc. I also notice that my mom has gotten extremely bossy over the past few years. She bosses everyone around, including my dad and my hubby (who just tries to ignore it). She also tries to correct my parenting, even though my kids are pretty good. I think she figures she's being helpful, but she's also proud of the fact that she's outspoken. On the other hand, she's super sensitive and if she calls and I'm busy, she starts asking me what's wrong and apolgizes for bugging me. I don't know if she's lonely or going through something, but the way she is lately is getting on my nerves. She calls every day and if she can't reach me on my home phone, she calls my cell, calls me at work, etc. I have my own stress to deal with and while I love my parents, the way my mom is lately is starting to drive me nuts. I know if I tell her, even politely, to back off a bit with the clinginess and unsolicited advice, she'll take it to heart and get upset. I am the youngest and the only daughter, so maybe that's why she's like this. But I find the older she gets, the more she clings to me. Luckily, my husband and I are generally pretty easy going, so we usually don't act offended even if someone crosses the line. I just don't know what to do and I don't want to hurt her.

Is it legal to have a person sign over there whole paycheck if they made a mistake on there register?

I checked out someone at my register and I charged the wrong price for a item and my boss came to me and told me if I didnt sign my paycheck over to them then I will go to jail for stealing is that legal for them to do that and to fire me. I tried to pay the difference and so did the customer.
