My dad made a waitress at dennys cry when she messed up his order, he didn't apologize. Should i be mad at him?

He ordered his steak rare but it came well done. He basically screamed at her right at the table and called her incompetent. Then called for the manager and talked her down in from of him. She started to cry in front of her boss. I'm not sure what happened to that waitress since another one came to our table.
