Christians (and Muslims), do you believe that the bible (or quran) is the only source of morality?

Morality is a self-decision. Free will. All dominant religious teachings and the books associated are simply reference guidelines to self-help and direction. Life is a balance amongst all. There are passages in every book - Quran, Bible, Tora, etc that can guide one to do the right things and find self-salvation while in their lifetime here on earth. Self respect, respect of others and knowing right from wrong - teachings from parents or guardians - are the foundation which the books support. Walking by whatever faith one believes in and living a respectful existence is what will get you to Heaven or Nirvana or wherever one will go. These books have been rewritten and interpreted over thousands of years. Translation to publication can change things.
