Can you guys help me come up with terms and conditions for babysitting?

Hi, I am looking to go back to my old babysitting job but a little more prepared. My boss claimed that I should be cleaning up messes that were there before I arrive and I was wondering if you guys can help me come up with terms and conditions that will keep any further mistakes from happening.
